I specialise in solving complex organisational problems to help businesses improve efficiency and profitability. This includes strategic design, implementation, mentorship, and training to measurably enhance sales performance, marketing initiatives, customer relations management, and team collaboration.
After launching my career as a research engineer in Metallurgy, I spent two decades working for small to large, global technology-driven companies. During this time, I acquired extensive experience in product management, strategic and operational marketing, partnerships and alliances, communications, sales, and key account management. I have worked as product manager, as service partners manager, as sales manager, as global head of marketing, and as global head of client services and country general manager.
Throughout my career, my primary areas of focus always included:
Enhancing and improving the engagement with complex ecosystems and developing influence
Fostering collaboration and reducing tensions across teams, organisations, and cultures.
Developing and implementing effective operational systems
Since 2008 I have worked as a consultant, helping clients measurably improve cross-functions collaboration, sales effectiveness, complex sales processes, account management, and key account management. Together with colleagues and partners, I have helped companies of all sizes build high-performing teams and deeper connections with their business ecosystem while improving value for their customers.
